Entry-Level Design
Our Entry-Level Design is perfect for those who have the confidence to design and manage a project on their own, but value the insight and direction a designer can provide.
We work with you to narrow down the color palette, feeling, style, and materials you want to incorporate into your space.
We then create a mood board to guide our discussions at your consultation. We identify your budget and guidelines to manage the project and further narrow the aesthetic direction and function of the space so you have a clear vision for your project.
Mid-Level Design
Our Mid-Level Design offers a unique service tailored to a specific need. We love renovating homes, but understand that some of our clients would like to manage their own projects or plan to do a DIY. Our Mid-Level Design takes you through Stage 4: Drawings & Space Planning of our Design Process (see our Design Process below).
We take measurements of your home, provide elevation drawings and floor plans, and identify what needs to be addressed so you are prepared and knowledgeable when talking to contractors and vendors or preparing to implement the project on your own.
Full-Service Design
Our Full-Service Design handles the design project for you, from concept to implementation. We leverage all our experience to create drawings and designs, work with contractors and trades, and manage your project to make sure everything runs smoothly. We also use the full potential of our trade only vendor relationships, providing even greater value for your investment and passing along additional savings to you as our Full-Service Design client.
Our Full-Service Design handles three types of projects:
- Renovations and Remodels, which include finishes, furniture, and accessories
- Furniture and Accessories Only
- Accessories Only

DESIGN PROCESS
PHASE 1: PROJECT INITIATION
All our projects begin with a free discovery call. This allows us to learn about your project and allows you to ask us questions.
PHASE 2: CONSULTATION, INSPIRATION & BUDGET
(Entry-Level Design)
Before the consultation, we gather information from you to create a mood board that will guide the look and feel of your new space. During the consultation, we will walk through your space, ask questions, narrow down the project's direction further, identify your budget, and discuss what is next.
PHASE 3: DRAWINGS & SPACE PLANNING
(Mid-Level Design )
One of the most important parts of the project is having correct measurements of your space. We will schedule a time to take measurements and photographs to create elevation drawings, floor plans, and 3D images. If your project involves removing and reconfiguring walls, we will go over the new layout with you for your approval.
PHASE 4: FINISHES, FURNITURE, TENDER
Once finish selections are approved, we will gather tenders from contractors and trades, work on furniture selections, an accessory package, and then get your final approval before ordering begins.
PHASE 5: PROJECT MANAGEMENT & PROCUREMENT
If construction is part of your project, we will make weekly site visits and communicate regularly with contractors and trades to ensure your project is on schedule and questions are answered.
We also manage the ordering, tracking, and delivery of all finishes, furniture, and accessories, which are received, inspected, and stored at our warehouse until delivery is scheduled.
PHASE 6: STYLING & REVEAL
Once the construction is complete, we will schedule the furnishings to be installed and style the space for the final reveal. If possible, we will capture photographs during this time so everything is done before we hand the “keys” back to you.
PHASE 7: PROJECT WRAP-UP
(Full-Service Design)
Our goal is to resolve any deficiencies before Phase 6, but there are times when some issues cannot be addressed until after the final reveal. We continue to work through any of these issues to ensure your complete satisfaction before closing the project completely.
