Thanks so much for stopping by. I'm Joy, and I have always been passionate about interior design.
I believe well-organized, beautiful spaces are possible for everyone. Most people see Interior Design as a luxury, but at its core, it is necessary because well-thought-out spaces allow us to thrive. Beautiful spaces rejuvenate and inspire and enable us to pursue our passions, which is why Interior Design is a valuable backdrop to family, work, and life.
During college, I pursued my other passion and earned a BA in Mathematics from UC Santa Barbara. I taught for a few years and then homeschooled my three kids, coached soccer, and taught co-op classes and Sunday School. As I came to the end of my homeschooling years, I turned my attention back to Interior Design.
In 2013, I earned my certification in Interior Design from the New York Institute of Art and Design and started my own business in 2015.
Over the years, I have seen the impact that good design has had on my family. When you hire me you are hiring someone who is committed to understanding what matters most to you. Each room has a story to tell about the people who live there and it is that story that I love to be a part of.
