1. COMPLIMENTARY PHONE CALL
Schedule your complimentary call to learn more about us and how we can help. We would also love to hear about your project and what your current vision is for your space. If we decide we are a good fit, we'll discuss the next steps to work together.
2. CLIENT INPUT
Understanding the functionality you require is crucial. We will gather information about your aesthetic preferences, lifestyle, and the atmosphere you want to create. This will allow us to tailor our recommendations to you, blending our expertise with your preferences.
3. DESIGN CONSULTATION
The consultation is our opportunity to see your space and discuss the design in more detail. We will outline the scope of work and budget for the project and go over what you can expect from us as your designer.
4. DESIGN PLAN & FINISH SELECTIONS
The Design Plan & Finish Selections will take 4-8 weeks. During this time, we will take detailed measurements, create 2D & 3D floor plans, choose finishes, obtain quotes from contractors and trades, and schedule a preliminary design review and final design approval.
5. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We manage the implementation of the design through ordering and scheduling delivery of your products and weekly site visits during construction to ensure the contractor and trades have what they need to complete their work. We also work to resolve any deficiencies to keep the project moving forward until your project is complete.

Our Turnkey Design package is our premier service that handles your project from initiation to completion through our reliable 15 STEP Project Management Strategy. COMMON QUESTIONS
Do you provide contractor referrals?
I do not provide referrals for the Design Plan Package or the Furnishing Package. My referrals are exclusively for my Turnkey design packages.
Can I combine the Design Plan and Furnishing Packages?
Yes. We understand that some clients do not want the turnkey service. Combining the Design Plan & Furnishing Packages is an excellent choice for those who want to manage the project themselves.
How much is your Design Fee and how much can I expect my project to cost?
My Design Fee is $150 per/hour, but due to the variability of projects, I can only provide an approximate project fee after I have assessed the needs, requirements, and budget for the project.
What determines the scope of work?
The scope of work is based on the difficulty of the space, structural changes, the number of finish selections, and features (wall, ceiling, etc.) included in the project.
Is it possible to complete a project on a shorter timeline?
It is possible, but it depends on many factors like my availability, the contractor's schedule, product availability, and unforeseen problems during the renovation or remodel.
Will the price double if I want to have two bathrooms or a bathroom and kitchen renovated?
Our packages are for one room, but some services would be combined, so there are savings if you hire us to design more than one room.
Why should I consider hiring an interior designer?
Interior designers make a space look beautiful, but they also improve the function and safety of a space and elevate it in a way others can't because of their education and experience. If you want to transform your space in a way you haven't been able to do on your own, then hiring an Interior Designer is the right choice for you.
