OUR FULL-SERVICE DESIGN PROCESS
1. COMPLIMENTARY PHONE CALL
Schedule your complimentary call to learn more about us and how we can help. We would also love to hear about your project and what your current vision is for your space. If we decide we are a good fit, we'll discuss the next steps to work together.
2. CLIENT INPUT
Understanding the functionality you require is crucial. We will gather more information from you about your aesthetic preferences, lifestyle, and the specific atmosphere you want to create. This will allow us to tailor our recommendations to your individual style, blending our expertise with your preferences.
3. DESIGN CONSULTATION
The consultation is our opportunity to see your space in person and discuss your design in more detail. We will outline the scope of work and budget for the project and go over what you can expect from us as your designer.
4. DESIGN PLAN & FINISH SELECTIONS
The Design Plan & Finish Selections can take 4-10 weeks, depending on the scope of work. During this time, we will take detailed measurements, create 2D & 3D floor plans, choose finishes, receive your design approval, and obtain quotes from contractors and trades.
5. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We manage the implementation of the design through weekly site visits, order and manage delivery of products, and ensure contractors and trades have what they need to complete their work. We also work to resolve any deficiencies to keep the project moving forward until it is finished.

DESIGN PLAN
The Design Plan package includes floor plans and elevation drawings for remodels and renovations, custom cabinet layouts for offices and media cabinets, and feature wall and ceiling design.

The Furnishings package includes paint color & wallpaper selections, flooring, light fixtures, furniture, area rugs, and decor.

TURNKEY DESIGN
Our Turnkey Design Package is our premier service that handles your project from initiation to completion through our reliable 15 STEP Project Management Strategy. We create beautiful and functional spaces following a standardized design-build process, which makes the renovation process more enjoyable for you.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Do you provide contractor referrals?
I do not provide referrals for the Design Plan Package or the Finish Selection Package. My referrals are exclusively for my Turnkey Design clients.
Can I combine the Design Plan and Product Selection Packages?
Yes. We understand that some clients do not want the turnkey service. Combining the Design Plan & Furnishing Packages is an excellent choice for those who want to manage the project themselves.
What determines the scope of work?
The scope of work is based on the difficulty of the space, structural changes, the number of finish selections, and features (wall, ceiling, etc.) included in the project.
Is it possible to complete a project on a shorter timeline?
It is possible, but it depends on many factors like my availability, the size of the project, the contractor's schedule, product availability, and unforeseen problems during the renovation or remodel.
Is there savings if I hire you to design multiple rooms or my whole house?
There are savings when we design more than one room because some services would overlap or be combined.
How much is your Design Fee and how much can I expect my project to cost?
My Design Fee is $150 per/hour, but due to the variability of projects, I can only provide a rough estimate after I have assessed the needs, requirements, and budget for the project.
